Autumn Equinox - Use Your Heart
Autumn Equinox 2024 brings the message to Use Your Heart.
The conditioning of the colonial world we have been born into separates us from the heart of all matter. Primarily the Earth, the beating resonance of her crystal heart that enables us to attune our own biorhythms to cyclical rhythm of nature.
Our ancestors understood the importance of these connections, and our indigenous brothers and sisters across the world steward the land, anticipating the time when we all come into remembrance.
And then there are the very human, everyday experiences that can lead us to disconnect.
Heartbreak.
We kinda don’t realise the barriers we place around the heart until we’re presented with an opportunity to lower them. And while an impenetrable wall surrounds the heart, we drop back to the walls of separation that are held in the Solar Plexus Chakra, lack of trust and self-doubt. Our gut instincts may be slightly off. We may not trust what we’re hearing or the direction that is being presented to us. We’re unwilling to take the risk and just simply live with all the potential emotions that makes us human!
And whilst living in the numbness of forsaking our heart, our passion seeps away, chipping at our creativity and the flame of our eternal life force begins to dim.
Yet nature reminds us that in stillness everything is still alive, still breathing. And if there is breath then there is movement, and if there is movement then there is life, and if there is life then that means that our heart is real, it is living, it is working!
Use your heart.
That is what we are asked to do from this Equinox to the upcoming Solstice.
Use your heart.
In every moment. In every interaction.
With all of your being.
