Aisha is a Doula providing non-medical antenatal support and traditional postpartum services to the mothers she works with. The support will dive into looking at advocacy during pregnancy and discussing the current journey. The traditional 40 days postpartum care is the centre focus of her practice, along with holistic breastfeeding support which looks at herbs and nourishment in alignment with each individual's needs. As a Doula, Aisha has been gifted with the wisdom of her elders which is the foundation of her work. Aisha will be offering guidance on her services and also mini 121 consultations at Spirit Cong.
